In February Bantam Books will release WIND WALKER, the ninth and final novel in the Titus Bass saga. To mark this very special event, and to celebrate Terry C. Johnston's unique place as the unequaled chronicler of the real old west, Wal-Mart has selected WIND WALKER as a book they will feature throughout the month in the "Reader's Corners," located near the front of all their stores. In addition, you can find the paperback edition of the latest Plainsmen volume, LAY THE MOUNTAINS LOW, on sale in Wal-Mart during February too.

As part of the Wal-Mart program to feature Terry C. Johnston in their stores throughout the month of February, you can view a short promotional video of Terry on the closed-circuit monitors placed throughout your local Wal-Mart until March 11. The "interview" can be seen every 12 minutes.

In addition to this in-store video promotion, between February 16 and February 20, Terry has been invited by Wal-Mart to visit and sign books in the top five Wal-Mart stores in Texas, the top three stores in Oklahoma, and the top two stores in Arkansas. You can find more specific information on where and when Terry will be signing in those stores detailed on Terry's website.

Even if he will not be visiting a Wal-Mart near your hometown, you can still purchase a copy of WIND WALKER and LAY THE MOUNTAINS LOW at your local Wal-Mart store--while supplies last--during the month of February!
