DESCRIPTION DES PRINCIPALES COMPOSANTES
Moteur d'entraînement de vis (bloc de 1 RPM)
Il sert à faire fonctionner la vis d'alimentation. Il est contrôlé par
un interrupteur rotatif à 4 positions qui modifie la durée unitaire
d'alimentation. Des capteurs de sécurité (L-250 "reset" et L-250)
et un capteur de vacuum, s'ils sont activés, arrêtent l'alimentation.
Allumeur électronique
Il est situé sous le pot à combustion. Contrôlé par le bouton "start" ou le thermostat, la flamme apparaît après 5 minutes
environ. Si le capteur F-140 dans le conduit d'évacuation n'est pas enclenché
après 15 minutes environ, alors la carte indiquera une erreur ou le manque de
granules.
Capteurs
F-140 (ventilateur d'évacuation)
Il est situé sur le système d'évacuation. Il commande le cycle
d'alimentation s'il est enclenché. Le ventilateur d'évacuation fonctionne
tant que la température se maintient au-dessus de 140°F (60°C). Il y a arrêt
du ventilateur lorsque le capteur F-140 est hors de fonction (plus bas que 140°F).
Ceci permet à l'appareil d'évacuer la fumée et de se refroidir. De plus, il
actionne le ventilateur de convection (265 CFM) en même temps que le cycle
d'alimentation.
F-160 (ventilateur de convection)
Il est situé sur le côté droit, près du ventilateur de convection.
S'il est activé, il ne tient pas compte du rhéostat, il augmente le débit
d'air de convection au maximum.

DESCRIPTION OF MAIN COMPONENTS
Auger Motor (1 RPM
gear box)
This motor runs the
auger, which feeds pellets into the stove. It is controlled by a 4-position
rotary feed switch that regulates the pellet feed rate. Safety sensors (L-250
"reset" and L-250) and a vacuum sensor will cut power to the motor
if they are activated.
Electronic Igniter
The igniter is located
under the firepot. It is activated by the start button or the thermostat. The
flame will ignite about 5 minutes later. If the F-140 sensor in the exhaust
duct is not activated after about 15 minutes, the control panel will indicate
that there is an error or that the stove is out of fuel.
Sensors
F-140 (exhaust blower)
Located in the exhaust
system, the F-140 sensor controls the feed cycle when engaged. The exhaust
blower remains on as long as the temperature is above 140ºF (60ºC). This
allows the stove to vent gases and cool down. The blower is turned off when
the F-140 sensor is not engaged (below 140ºF). This sensor also starts the
convection blower (265 CFM) and the pellet feed cycle simultaneously.
F-160 (convection
blower)
Located on the right side
near the convection blower, the F-160 sensor bypasses the rheostat when
engaged and increases the air flow rate to the maximum.
