BEER MEISTER

For "Father's Day, 2006" my son's gave me a beer making kit. My first recipe was one making Pilsner. I prefer a "lighter" colored beer so that was what they gave me.

Everything seemed to be going well, but when I had mixed up the first batch I realized that I had forgotten to add the sugar. By doing this, I figured that I had probably made some Non Alcoholic Beer. What I did then, was to add the sugar about one week into the fermenting process of the beer. So, it began fermenting process all over again. I had to wait another week before I was able to start bottling my beer.

I have posted some pictures here so that you can see the progress of my beer:

When bottling the beer you need to be sure that the bottles are sterilized. I use a solution that was mixed with boiling water to sterilize the bottles.

See how nice it looks when the bottles are all filled and the case is also full.
