Montana Canoe CampingTrips
The Canoeing House can help individuals and groups plan canoe camping trips. The staff at the Canoeing House orients canoers to the water. Including a guide in your plans may help visitors better understand the water to be floated including launch areas, camp sites, and landing access.  For day trips, visitors often park at the Canoeing House, so their vehicles are safe and secure while they are on the water. Shuttle service is available for those with their own canoes or those renting canoes from the Canoeing House.

The Headwaters area has numerous access sites on all the rivers for camping canoeists.  Montana State Law gives floaters high water access rights, which allows confortable, safe river travel.
