You may print this and show it to others. But, this article will eventually be
part of a book that I am writing. So, please do not distribute it widely.
If you need help reading checkers notation, please print out the numbered board.
This ending is simple. If you have any trouble, with this ending, practice it until you can do it easily.
First Red is forced to the edge. He chooses to go to the double corner, where he is somewhat safer: 3-7 15-19 7-11 19-23 11-15 23-27 15-19 27-32 4-8 32-27 8-11 27-32 11-15 32-27 15-18 27-32 18-23 32-28.
White now forces Red out of the double corner: 23-27 28-32 19-23 32-28 27-32 28-24 32-28 24-20 23-18 (23-19 takes longer, but is useful in some similar endings) 20-16 18-15 16-20 15-11 WW.
I wrote a similar article, for this page, years ago. But, I lost it somewhere.
