A Christmas Star for Your Tree

© Copyright 2002, Jim Loy

a starOn the left is a nice looking Christmas Star for Your Tree. You have my permission to print it out. And you will probably want to enlarge it on a photocopier. Make two copies. Cut them out around the exterior lines. And crease (with a scissors or table knife) the interior lines. Fold the creased lines in alternating directions (forward, backward, forward, backward, etc.). Tape the two stars together, back to back, so that eight of the edges are taped together; leave the bottom two edges untaped, to fit over the top of the tree. Then cover the star with aluminum foil (you may prefer a wrinkled texture by crumpling the foil), taping it to the star using double sided tape, or paint the star instead. Merry Christmas.
