I have just finished reading your son's story in ESPN The Magazine, to tell you the truth when I started reading I was amazed because 
I've never heard anything like that happening in baseball but that amazement turned to sadness as I teared up as I read. 
Your story is so moving that I will now wear number 11 on my hat in memory of your son. I'm sorry you lost a loved one!
