Description

Verdict: Rio Samba is Deb's favorite rose. RS is one of our best hybrid teas so that works out nicely here. Have to admit I like the gaudy rascal too. Not partial to the faded, pinkish blooms like Deb is so I let her deadhead the blooms when she decides the time is right.
