Click on Start, then your Email shortcut.
Step 2: Click on Tools in the top menu Accounts.
Step 3: An Internet Accounts window will open. Click on Add then Mail
Step 4: Type in your real name as you would like it to appear when you send an email. Click next
Step 5. Enter your email address and click Next
The first line "My incoming mail server is a POP3 server" is correct.
Type "imt.net" in the space for the name of your incoming mail server. Then also type "imt.net" in the space for your outgoing mail server name.
Click Next
Do not check the box to "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)".
Click Next.
Step 8. Click Finish, then close out of your Accounts window. Your email will download when you click on the Send/Receive button across the top of your Outlook Express window
