How it works:
DSL, or Digital Subscriber Line, is known as a "broadband" connection, which means you are connected all of the time, at ultra fast speeds.
DSL uses a different frequency than voice transmission on your regular phone line, so you can be on the Internet and talk on the phone at the same time.
The details:
Internet Montana places the order for you
with CenturyLink. The line will take about 5 business days to activate
(meaning, your
DSL will become available about a week after you request DSL with us)
You will need an
Actiontec DSL modem for the connection. We provide you
with one that has been pre-programed for you for $65.00 and
free shipping. This is a wired modem. For a wireless
connection, we also offer a Belkin N150 Router for an additional $65.00,
which also come programmed with a password for your security.
CenturyLink bills you for the line, which will be added to your regular
phone bill.
Internet Montana bills for the Internet access only.
Internet Montana arranges the complete order for you with
CenturyLink.
If you have any questions or need help setting up your DSL connection, just
