• Reseller receives full dial up access and 6 email accounts in exchange for signing up a minimum of 2 new accounts a month.
• IMT will also provide free domain name resolution for Reseller, if desired. (Internic charges are responsibility of Reseller.)
• For new accounts more than the first 2 new sign-ups, Reseller receives $15.00 commission per sign up performed.

Reseller completes Sign Up sheet for each customer, collects prepayment, and faxes sheet to IMT.

IMT credits the Reseller's account for any $15.00 commissions and records the amount collected from customer on Reseller account.

At the end of the month, IMT sends a statement to Reseller. If amount of commissions is greater than the fees collected, IMT issues a check for credit balance to Reseller. If amount collected is greater than commissions, Reseller issues a check to IMT for balance.

IMT will process all credit card transactions so that Reseller does not have to pay transaction fees.

IMT provides all setup materials and technical/billing support for customer.

Reseller is asked to sign a contract outlining these details. Reseller does not have to sell us exclusively, but it is appreciated.

Reseller may pre-configure systems for resale with Internet Montana but IMT does not provide compensation for this.
