Technical Support
We are currently recruiting for a part time and full time
technical support position.
Must be available primarily for evening shifts and some weekends.
All positions are provided training.
Basic Function and Objective:
- Provide quality phone support for customers of Internet Montana.
Full time position will take on a role leading and supporting an advanced level of support within the technical support team.
- Full time position will also provide back-up support for Internet Montana billing support and billing tasks.
Primary responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and provide suitable solutions.
Calls will include sale of services, billing questions, and technical issues relating to the Internet, involving both hardware and software
- Participate in maintaining IMT's server
- Contribute ideas to improving efficiency and effectiveness of the team and help direct solution implementation
- Contribute towards maintenance of the Internet Montana public web site
- Participate in Computers Unlimited User's Group and other required company functions
- Full time position will contribute a higher level of support in escalated technical issues
- Full time position wil take an active role to support new trainees, take a leading role to reinforce department goals and ideals with team members
- Full time position will aquire advanced knowledge of billing support and procedures in order to provide additional phone support on billing issues, and help complete various billing tasks
Salary
Approximately
$8.50/hr for part time and $10.50/hr for full time
